What browsers are currently supported?
The current version of Google Chrome (53.0) is fully supported. In the near future, support of the current version of Firefox will be added.

What file formats are supported?
Microsoft Excel files (.xlsx) are currently the only file format that is officially supported.

Does my Excel file need to have headers?
Yes. Any Excel file that is uploaded without headers is not guaranteed to populate the specified CRM form with the correct data. For more information on ensuring your Excel file has the correct headers, please see the Guides section.
